(a) the supply of 4 remote-controlled aircraft (hereinafter referred to as TPM), in which the spectrum monitoring equipment will be installed by the contractor, to be delivered by the contracting authority;
(b) the supply of a remote-controlled aircraft carrying an optical load;
c) the provision of theoretical and practical training services by a certified training center to executives of the contracting authority, in order to obtain a license for the operation of a S.M.E.A., and
d) the provision of integration services of T.P.M. in the operational operation of the contracting authority and pilot period support.
Part 2 includes the provision of maintenance and support services, for the period of warranty of good operation (2 years), at no cost to the contracting authority.
Part 3 includes the provision of maintenance and support services, for the maintenance and support period, lasting five (5) years after the end of the warranty period.
